Homemade Protein Pumpkin Bars

These Protein Pumpkin Bars are a special Halloween treat, low in calories, easy to make and a perfect snack to have at any time of the day!

  • Prepared in 10-15 minutes
  • 30 Servings 69 kcal (per bar)
  • Easy to make

Protein bar Ingredients

  • 1-2 tsp of Stevia powder
  • 4 oz. Apple puree
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground clove
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 120 ml Liquid Egg Whites
  • 15 oz. can of raw pumpkin
  • 2 cups oat flour
  • 2 scoops 100% Whey Maple Syrup

Protein bar

cooking Method

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  • Line a 9 x 13 baking tray with baking paper.
  • Combine all the ingredients and mix until everything is blended together and to a good consistency.
  • Spread the batter into a dish and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Take out of the oven, allow to cool then cut into 30 squares and enjoy!

  • Carbs – 10.5g
  • Fats – 1.3g
  • Calories – 69 kcal
