IKEA has finally confirmed the launch of the delayed smart blinds both for Europe and the US. The smart motorised blinds will hit Europe in August and the US in October, no other geographies confirmed.
The smart blinds were initially planned to launch in the US in April and Europe during February, but IKEA delayed the launch to allow more time to make them smarter apparently
The smart blinds will work with the company’s Trådfri smart home app, and through that, with Alexa, HomeKit, and Google Assistant.
You will be available to buy them in the following sizes
