This is the news that Garmin Fenix 5 Fans have been waiting for. The Garmin Fenix 5 Plus has been leaked with images of the device which reveals its size, some of its features and possible hardware.
For Sometime speculation has been rife that the Garmin Fenix 5 Plus would arrive in 2018 and based on how previous Garmin Leaks have worked out, its normally a matter of weeks or months before the Fenix 5 Plus arrives.

Garmin looked like they have upgraded the screen on the Fenix 5 plus and the bezel looks slimmer

Looking at this image it looks like the Fenix 5 Plus will get music storage and support.

The back image of the Fenix 5 Plus clearly shows the same design HR monitor and I would suspect the same HR hardware. The Fenix 5 Plus casing looks like its made of stainless steel as you would find on the Fenix 5 and Fenix 5x

Any idea when it will be released?
I would suspect it’s going to be August or September
Glad I waited and didn’t buy the Fenix 5x now or indeed the Forerunner 645
However the Fenix 5 and the Forerunner are completely different devices
Will it have Galileo support and maybe improved GPS chip to agreed the “GPS issues” some users found in the Fenix 5 models
I have not seen the full specs yet, but I suspect GPS changes to address user feedback
