Back at WWDC Apple showed off HomeKit Secure Video was to come with iOS 13 to view and manage footage from smart security cameras. Since then not much as has been mentioned, but first look images of the user interface that will come with the new feature.
According to a Reddit user, zyloros who posted a screenshot, which shows what looks like the UI for HomeKit Secure Video. In the image below we see several captured events to scrub between with icons for a person, an animal, and a car.
Up top, there’s a calendar bar to select footage from different days. In the top right corner are buttons for microphone and volume, with Settings showing up in the top left corner.
Although this is a new image, it would appear its taken from the same source as the WWDC keynote as it shares the same drive as that image. So while some on the HomeKit Reddit post questioned the camera model, it looks like this is a stock image.
Besides this, Some users running the iOS 13.2 developer beta 1 are seeing a pop-up hat prompts to set up HomeKit Secure Video, however, there don’t seem to be any cameras that support it yet
